• You will carry out a variety of vulcanisation processes and join and harden rubber parts using heat, pressure and chemical additives
• In the process, you will further develop moulds and tools, set up machines independently and carry out retooling, adjustment and maintenance
• In addition, you will keep an eye on product quality, check intermediate and final results using visual inspection and measuring equipment and carefully document all results
• In addition, you will ensure maintenance and servicing in the company and carry out maintenance work and minor repairs to machines, systems and tools

• You have completed training as an industrial vulcaniser (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or metalworker (m/f/d) and have knowledge of conveyor belt production
• you also have a good knowledge of German and a valid work permit
• you are characterised by manual skills and you can also be deployed at weekends if required
