- You will support the technical management in all workshop tasks and actively contribute
- With your quick comprehension skills, you will be quickly trained, so that you can soon take over the workshop management
- You will carry out welding work using the MIG and MAGprocesses independently and precisely
- you will conscientiously document work processes and orders
- you will be responsible for ordering parts and materials
- you will efficiently plan activities and processes within the workshop
- as a manager, you will guide employees and support the team
- you will learn how to operate firing units and drive a balloon crane directly in the company if required
Requirements
- Your completed training in the metalworking trade and manual skills are essential for your successful start
- Practice in welding, especially in the MIG and MAG process
- Experience in personnel management is an advantage, but not a must
- German language skills and a valid work permit also speak for you
- technical understanding and organisational skills are among your strengths
- you show willingness and motivation to get involved in new tasks and leadership roles
- team orientation, strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility characterise your way of working
