• You will be involved in analysing faults and malfunctions in equipment containing mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components
• You will identify and rectify faults and damage within the specified framework, taking economic considerations into account; In doing so, you will liaise with your line managers
• You will dismantle, assemble and test simple mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components and assemblies
• You will carry out repair work
• You fit spare parts and reconditioned assemblies, and order or replace wear parts
• You carry out maintenance and servicing work
• Under supervision, you will professionally set up, convert and upgrade machines and drive systems
• You will install switching and control devices, cladding and safety measures

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a metalworker (m/f/d), metal fabricator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have knowledge of turning and milling, as well as welding techniques
• Reading and understanding technical drawings comes naturally to you
• You have a good command of spoken and written German
• You are willing to work shifts
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
