• You repair and maintain in-house equipment such as cranes, gates or roller shutters
• You manufacture and adapt moulds for precast concrete production
• You reliably maintain and repair existing moulds for precast concrete production
• You manufacture built-in parts for precast concrete production and make adjustments independently

• You have completed vocational training in a metalworking profession, e.g. as a fitter (m/f/d), construction mechanic (m/f/d), metal worker (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have valid welding qualifications in at least one welding process (MAG or manual electric welding)
• You work independently and are flexible, ability to work in a team and reliability characterise you
• you are committed and value high quality
