• You will assemble components independently in accordance with drawings, applying your technical knowledge specifically to the assembly process
• You will install hydraulic and pneumatic systems professionally and ensure their functionality and safety
• You will carry out the pre-assembly of small components on your own initiative and actively support the production team
• You will thoroughly inspect components to be fitted, check their quality as part of the team and consistently ensure compliance with all standards
• Working closely with your colleagues, you ensure smooth operations and support one another when challenges arise
• You play an active role in the continuous improvement of assembly processes and contribute your own ideas for optimisation

• As a motivated trainee or career changer (m/f/d), you can join us even without having completed a vocational qualification
• Ideally, you will have two years’ professional experience in assembly or related fields
• Manual dexterity, a willingness to learn and a sense of personal responsibility come naturally to you and are key characteristics in your day-to-day work
• you have a driving licence and your own car, or are flexible in organising your own transport
• With good to very good written and spoken German, you can confidently follow work instructions and integrate well into the team
• For this position of responsibility, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
