Your responsibilities

• You will set up and operate TIG, MAG, resistance and laser welding systems, as well as Reis, Kuka and Fanuc robotic systems
• You carry out set-up procedures, including programme adjustments, independently in accordance with the production plan
• You are responsible for the functionality, maintenance and upkeep of machines and tools
• You will check tools and machines for defects and rectify these independently or arrange for them to be rectified
• You will ensure a high-quality and cost-effective production process through constant monitoring and adjustment of the setting parameters
• You reliably document shift results
• You are responsible for safety and order in your work area

What we are looking for

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a metalworker (m/f/d), metal fabricator (m/f/d), machining mechanic (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have several years’ experience with welding processes
• You hold a valid DVS welder’s certificate
• You have a basic understanding of quality control

mechanics as well as control and regulation technology

• You are also able to read technical drawings and work to them
• You have a basic command of written and spoken German
• You are willing to work shifts
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• Team spirit, commitment, reliability and a proactive, independent approach to work speak in your favour
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
