• You will manufacture individual parts and assemblies in small batches in accordance with drawings and specifications
• You will work from isometric drawings and implement the specifications precisely during the manufacturing process
• You prepare metal parts for the welding process by cutting them to size, deburring, aligning and tack-welding them
• You will machine sheet metal, sections and tubes using hand and power tools, for example by sawing, drilling, grinding and straightening
• You will assemble individual parts into sub-assemblies and adjust them to ensure a precise fit where necessary
• You carry out quality and functional tests on the manufactured parts and assemblies
• You check dimensions and tolerances using standard measuring equipment and document the results
• You read and interpret technical drawings and isometric diagrams independently
• You keep your workstation, tools and equipment tidy, whilst observing health and safety regulations
