Your responsibilities

• You’ll carry out general metalwork as part of ongoing demolition work
• You’ll dismantle and cut steel structures and metal components professionally
• You will dismantle plant components, pipework and steel girders on site
• You will cut metal parts to precise dimensions using an angle grinder and a flame cutter
• You will sort and store scrap and metal parts for further recycling

What we’re looking for

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a metalworker (m/f/d), metal fabricator (m/f/d), a machining technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• ideally, you hold a Merlo licence
• you can also read technical drawings and work to them
• A basic knowledge of German, both spoken and written, is one of your strengths
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• Team spirit, commitment, reliability and a proactive and safe approach to work are your strong points
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
