• You will independently produce designs featuring complex geometries and meeting high technical standards, and install them on site
• You will assemble and test complex plant and systems, even where this requires a significant amount of customisation
• You will professionally prepare the handover to shipping companies and classification societies
• You will carry out warranty work and take charge of documenting the processes
• In the event of faults, you analyse the cause and develop practical solutions, which you implement independently
• You position the components for final assembly and secure them reliably in accordance with specifications
• You will actively assist with the assembly of units and large-scale installations in the shipyard area
• You will also operate floor-operated cranes
• As a specialist (m/f/d), you will supervise apprentices (m/f/d) and work experience students in day-to-day operations
• Where required, you will also contribute your expertise to other specialist areas of the shipyard

• You have successfully completed a vocational training programme as a construction fitter (m/f/d)
• Several years’ professional experience is a prerequisite for this position, and you have already gained this
• You have a good command of spoken German and hold a valid work permit
• You also have a good command of English to work with international partners
• Working independently and reliably comes naturally to you
