• You will be responsible for the independent production of various welded assemblies in accordance with the relevant production documentation, including careful preparation and follow-up work
• You will also be responsible for the safe application of standard welding processes: MAG, TIG and MIG on a variety of materials
• You will also oversee the precise machining of general structural steels, high-strength fine-grained structural steels and sensitive aluminium assemblies
• Accurately reading complex technical drawings and implementing them independently will also form part of your daily tasks
• As part of your role, you will actively support the team in the professional welding of large tanks and complex assemblies
• Furthermore, you will help ensure compliance with all quality specifications and safety standards throughout the entire manufacturing process in the workshop

• You have completed a vocational apprenticeship as a construction fitter (m/f/d), metalworker (m/f/d) or industrial mechanic (m/f/d)
• you also have at least two years’ professional experience and a current, valid MAG welding qualification
• Ideally, you will have desirable industry knowledge in the defence sector, as well as a forklift or crane licence
• You are distinguished by your good to very good command of written and spoken German
• Finally, you are a team player, strong communication skills and a structured, independent approach to your work
• To fulfil this role of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
