Fitter (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• You’ll carry out advanced metalwork on structural steel components and structures
• You’ll prepare components and workpieces for further processing
• You will weld using the MAG process, working with structural steel to a professional standard
• You will weld components together safely and cleanly using the manual metal arc welding process
• You will operate conventional lathes and produce workpieces to exact dimensions
• You check finished components for dimensional accuracy and quality
• You handle tools and machinery with care and keep them in good working order

What we are looking for

• You have completed an apprenticeship, e.g. as a metalworker (m/f/d), metal fabricator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or construction mechanic (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you have further welding skills
• Good practical skills are a plus
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and hold a valid work permit
• You hold a valid driving licence
• You are known for your reliability and meticulous approach to work
