• You will construct complex, high-precision welding, assembly and machining jigs for lightweight aluminium structures in accordance with technical drawings and CAD specifications
• You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and continuous optimisation of existing production jigs, working independently to ensure smooth production processes
• You will align components precisely, tack-weld assemblies and routinely check dimensional accuracy and tolerances using standard measuring equipment
• You will work closely with the welding shop, quality assurance, design and work planning departments to optimally tailor jigs and fixtures for series production

• You have completed technical training as a toolmaker (m/f/d), precision engineer (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you are confident in handling machines, tools and measuring equipment and bring precision to the manufacturing process
• knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics complements your technical profile
• You are experienced in reading and understanding technical drawings and machine plans, and reliably put them into practice
• You draw on relevant experience when assembling complex sub-assemblies and fixtures
• You have a thorough command of milling, turning, drilling and grinding, and manufacture individual parts yourself to the highest quality standards
• You work independently and in a structured manner, plan with a clear focus on objectives and document your results conscientiously
• You have a good command of German and hold a valid work permit
