• You will be responsible for the architecture, design and analysis of flight control systems
• You will actively contribute your technical expertise to the development and integration of the systems
• You will be responsible for requirements management as well as the verification and validation of requirements
• In the area of safety and certification, you will ensure compliance with relevant standards
• You will plan and oversee development, qualification and certification tests
• You will be responsible for supplier and work package management
• You will support the team with your specialist expertise on troubleshooting issues and during flight tests
• You will analyse technical problems and develop solution-oriented approaches
• You will coordinate technical issues in close collaboration with international counterparts
• You will document development and test results in a traceable manner for certification processes

• You have a degree in aerospace engineering or a comparable qualification
• Experience with CVE is an advantage
• You have at least 3 years’ professional experience in the field of Aircraft Systems / Flight Controls
• You have relevant experience with flight control systems
• You have experience with EASA CS-23
• You have experience in the development and certification of aircraft systems
• Experience with EASA Part-21J DO is an advantage
• IT skills in Siemens NX / Teamcenter would ideally round off your profile
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You have a confident command of English at C1 level
• You are prepared to start work relatively early due to the approximately 6-hour time difference
• You are characterised by a structured, independent and solution-oriented approach to work
• You have experience working across international interfaces
• You are resident in Germany and hold a valid work and residence permit
