• You prepare the foam components at the foaming plant and measure them out, or operate the plant
• You prepare moulds and tools, spray them with release agent and close them
• Depending on the job, you will pour the foam into moulds or components using either manual or machine foaming
• Once the curing time is over, you will demould the components
• You finish the parts, remove burrs, trim them and check their quality
• You mark finished parts, set them aside or pack them
• You clean tools, moulds and the equipment, removing any foam and release agent residues
• You clean or rinse the mixing head, nozzles and spray guns in accordance with instructions
