Job description
- In the incoming goods department, you check the quality of the incoming raw materials and ensure that only flawless materials are processed
- During your plant tours, you check the defined control points - these include hygiene, process flows and products
- Internal and external audits as well as certification audits such as IFS or organic, process sequences and products

- you actively work on sustainability issues and contribute to environmentally conscious management through appropriate measures
- in the event of complaints, you handle them and evaluate the results, to identify weak points
- Develop packaging texts in compliance with all food law requirements and ensure legally compliant labelling
- Develop new sweets together with the team and maintain recipe management for continuous product improvement
- Create and maintain specifications, so that all the necessary information remains up-to-date and fully available
- You are involved in the design and implementation of the HACCP concept and contribute to compliance with food law standards
- You conscientiously prepare quality training sessions and conduct them internally to ensure that the team's knowledge is secured
- You actively participate in the QM system and make suggestions for improvement in order to continuously improve quality
Requirements
- You have a degree in ecotrophology, food technology or food chemistry or have an equivalent qualification
- Experience in quality management is an advantage, although inquisitive career starters and graduates will also have an opportunity with us
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in a manufacturing company with certifications such as IFS and Bio
- You have basic knowledge of European and national food law and food packaging and can apply this in practice
- You are a team player, motivation and goal orientation characterise you and ensure that you integrate well into the team
- Process and interdisciplinary thinking is a matter of course for you, so that you can understand processes and develop creative solutions
- You have a good command of German and a valid work permit
