• You will be responsible for organising and clearing our import shipments and preparing the necessary documents
• You will also be responsible for creating ATLAS-customs declarations for third-country shipments via our MIC customs system
• you will also be responsible for classifying the items in the customs tariff and obtaining binding customs tariff information (BTI)
• you will also be responsible for preparing the monthly reports (INTRASTAT) to the Stat. Bundesamt
• Last but not least, you will be responsible for monitoring and processing sanctions list checks

• You have already gained several years of professional experience in foreign trade and have acquired sound knowledge in the field of import/export
• In addition, you have good user knowledge of SAP ERP; ATLAS customs software and MS Office tools
• good written and spoken English skills also speak in your favour
• you are characterised by an independent, structured and careful way of working and a high degree of integrity
