• You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of the supply and operating systems in the municipal properties
• You will be actively involved in the design and construction as well as the billing of projects in the building and operating technology sector
• You will also contribute your expertise to new construction projects, including extensions

• You have completed training as a state-certified technician (m/f/d) specialising in heating, ventilation and air conditioning technology
• Alternatively, you have completed a master craftsman's examination in the plumbing and heating trade in accordance with Annex A to the Crafts Code
• Your professional experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility is desirable
• Knowledge in the area of tendering, and invoicing as well as in the relevant regulations are part of your profile
• you are confident with MS Office products
• you have a good command of written and spoken German
