• You will manage small and medium-sized construction sites independently and organise their operations
• Site organisation, cost control, materials planning and quantity surveying will form part of your day-to-day responsibilities
• You will lead a team of staff in technical and organisational matters, and manage and supervise subcontractors
• You are experienced in preparing quantity surveys and measuring pipework and pipework systems in accordance with diagrams and client requirements
• You will produce isometric drawings and ensure the correct implementation of technical specifications
• Monitoring and compliance with the relevant safety regulations are a matter of course for you
• You will coordinate details with the relevant trades and the client, ensuring smooth collaboration
• Comprehensive and proper documentation rounds off your remit

• You have completed vocational training in a metalworking trade, for example as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), plant mechanic (m/f/d) or metalworker (m/f/d)
• you have experience in industrial pipework construction
• further training as a technician (m/f/d) or as a master craftsman (m/f/d) is an advantage, but not a requirement
• You have computer skills, particularly in using MS Office
• A sense of responsibility, attention to detail, reliability and flexibility are among your strengths
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• An interest in working independently, as well as strong interpersonal skills, round off your profile
