• You will be responsible for the daily production of various components made from high-quality concrete and reinforced concrete, ensuring they are manufactured on time and to the required quality standards
• You will also be responsible for the professional construction of complex formwork and the installation of the necessary reinforcement
• You will also oversee the professional finishing of the prefabricated concrete elements to ensure they are delivered in perfect condition to our building sites
• Managing a motivated team of 2 to 3 staff members is also part of your daily responsibilities
• As part of your role, you will support the production processes by applying your technical understanding and practical skills at every stage of the work
• Furthermore, where required, you will support internal logistics at the plant using your technical expertise and skills

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a precast concrete worker (m/f/d), concrete and reinforced concrete builder (m/f/d) or bricklayer (m/f/d)
• you also have sound practical professional experience in concrete work and, ideally, some initial experience in the precast sector
• Your good to very good command of written and spoken German sets you apart in your work
• Furthermore, you bring a high degree of teamwork and reliability to ensure successful collaboration within the team
• Finally, you are highly motivated and always work independently and with great diligence in all your daily tasks
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
