• You will ensure on-time, high-quality and efficient production of windows and doors by actively managing the team and continuously optimising the production processes
• You will ensure smooth production control and assign employees to the right tasks:
• you reliably monitor production deadlines
• as a technical manager (m/f/d), you provide your team with guidance and instruction and are available to provide solutions to technical problems
• you are responsible for quality assurance, carry out intermediate and final inspections and ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines
• you monitor material stocks and coordinate the internal material flow
• you always keep an eye on occupational safety and monitor compliance with safety regulations

• You have completed training as a master carpenter (m/f/d), technician (m/f/d) or a comparable technical qualification
• Ideally, you have initial experience in the field of window and door technology, but you are also welcome as a motivated career starter with the right technical background
• you are characterised by your structured and independent way of working and quickly familiarise yourself with new topics
• you are confident with the common MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and CAD knowledge is also a plus
