• You will safely operate indoor, overhead or gantry cranes to transport heavy steel products, pipes or sections within the works
• Using forklift trucks or heavy-duty forklifts, you load and unload lorries and railway wagons and stock the production lines
• You pack and pick steel products securely for transport in accordance with customer specifications
• When selecting hoists and load-handling equipment, you ensure that the appropriate load capacity is used and that the load is secured
• You check forklift trucks and crane systems for functional and operational safety before starting work
• You travel along internal transport routes in accordance with the applicable safety and traffic regulations
• You carefully document incoming and outgoing goods and assist with stock control

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a warehouse specialist (m/f/d), warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) or in a comparable industrial-technical occupation
• Ideally, you will have some initial experience in operating cranes and forklift trucks
• You are characterised by a confident approach to handling heavy loads and a sound technical understanding
• You work meticulously and maintain a clear overview even when work is moving at a fast pace
• You possess physical stamina and a high level of safety awareness
• Teamwork and communication skills are among your strengths
• Reliability and a responsible approach to operating machinery are second nature to you
• You have a basic spoken knowledge of German (minimum level)
• A valid work permit is required
