• You will reliably operate and set up machines for the production of textile fibres and non-woven fabrics
• You will remove rolls of non-woven fabric using a forklift truck, transport them correctly and store them in a clean manner
• During and after the process, you carry out quality controls, such as visual inspections and checks of dimensions and weight in accordance with specifications
• The preparation and follow-up work on the machinery, which includes preparing materials, threading yarn or feeding the start of the web, as well as simple cleaning and maintenance tasks, are part of your role
• You carry out minor repairs and maintenance work as instructed, for example replacing wear parts and rectifying minor faults
• You will document production and test data and report any deviations to shift management or the technical department
• You will consistently adhere to health and safety, fire safety and hygiene standards, particularly when operating forklift trucks and during 24/7 operations

• You have professional experience in production or plant operation, ideally in the textile or non-woven fabric manufacturing sector
• You are confident in operating industrial trucks; a valid forklift licence is desirable or required
• you have a technical understanding of setting up and operating machinery, as well as the manual dexterity required for minor repairs
• a solid command of German will help you with documentation and coordination within the team
• You are willing to work the Conti shift system – including at weekends and on public holidays as scheduled
• You are characterised by a strong focus on quality and safety, as well as a meticulous and reliable approach to your work
• Physical fitness and the ability to work as part of a team are, of course, part of your profile
