• You will load and unload lorries, railway wagons and ships using a forklift truck
• You will transport goods safely within the warehouse and on the port premises
• In the warehouse, you store and retrieve goods in accordance with instructions
• You pick goods and prepare them for dispatch or further processing
• Before and after loading, you check the load for completeness and damage
• You will secure the load carefully and in accordance with the applicable safety regulations
• At the start of each shift, you will check the forklift truck daily to ensure it is in good working order and safe to use
• You maintain the stock and handling records and keep them up to date
• You ensure your work area remains tidy and clean

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d), warehouse clerk (m/f/d) or plant and machinery operator (m/f/d)
• You have experience operating a forklift truck and hold a valid forklift licence
• You carry out load checks and load securing meticulously and responsibly
• You find it easy to use a scanner and the warehouse management system safely
• You have a good command of spoken German
• You have strong teamwork and communication skills
• A valid work permit completes your profile
