Forklift driver (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• you’ll be moving palletised goods in and out of the loading bay
• Using a front-loading forklift or high-speed forklift, you’ll move goods within the warehouse and the haulage company
• You’ll transport pallets safely between the loading bay, the warehouse and the loading area
• You’ll assist the team at the loading bay when loading and unloading lorries
• You’ll check the goods being transported to ensure they are complete and undamaged
• You’ll ensure that palletised goods are stored and sorted correctly
• Before each shift, you will check that the forklift is roadworthy and report any faults
• You will ensure compliance with safety and loading regulations in all your work

What we’re looking for

• You have completed a vocational qualification as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d), warehouse clerk (m/f/d) or in a comparable logistics role
• You have experience in operating forklift trucks, particularly front-loading forklifts and high-speed forklifts
• You hold a valid forklift licence
• You have the physical stamina required for storing and retrieving palletised goods
• You are known for your careful and meticulous work in the warehouse and loading areas
• Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility when handling goods and equipment are second nature to you
• You have a basic spoken knowledge of German (minimum level)
• A valid work permit is required
