Forklift Operator (Front-loading and Side-loading Forklifts) (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• You’ll use front- and side-loading forklifts to supply materials to state-of-the-art production facilities
• You’ll transport sawn timber and glued timber bundles safely and store them correctly
• You will reliably load and unload lorries using the forklift
• You will secure the load correctly for transport
• You will check the accompanying documents for completeness and accuracy
• Before each operation, you will check the forklift for operational safety
• You will ensure compliance with safety regulations during all transport and storage activities

What we’re looking for

• You have completed training as a warehouse specialist (m/f/d), warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• In addition, practical experience of operating reach trucks and experience in loading and unloading lorries would be an advantage
• You hold a valid forklift licence
• A basic knowledge of German, both spoken and written, sets you apart
• Reliability, the ability to work well in a team and an energetic approach to your work are your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
