• You will service and inspect forklift trucks and warehouse handling equipment at our customers’ premises
• In the event of faults, you will carry out fault diagnosis and rectify the faults independently
• You will carry out repair work on the electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems of the equipment professionally and meticulously
• In accordance with specifications, you will carry out safety checks on the vehicles and document the results
• You identify the spare parts required and ensure they are ready for use
• You answer our customers’ technical queries competently and advise them on their equipment
• Once the work is complete, you draw up service records and work reports
• During your customer visits, you present yourself in a confident and friendly manner, thereby representing our company

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an automotive electrician (m/f/d), automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or agricultural machinery mechanic (m/f/d)
• You have knowledge of hydraulics
• You have a confident and friendly manner when dealing with customers
• You have a service-oriented attitude
• You quickly get to grips with new technical issues
• You work meticulously and reliably when carrying out maintenance, testing and fault diagnosis
• You have a basic spoken command of German (minimum level)
• A valid work permit is required
