• You will coordinate and organise national and international transport orders
• You will also handle export and customs procedures independently and on time
• You will then process the consignments in accordance with the requirements of a recognised consignor and ensure compliance with legal regulations
• You will prepare and check shipping, export and customs documents
• You will also liaise with our customers, freight forwarders, authorities and other logistics partners
• Finally, you will monitor delivery dates and ensure that transport processes run smoothly

• You have completed a vocational training programme as a freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable commercial qualification
• Experience with freight forwarding software would be an advantage
• You also have experience in export and customs clearance
• You are proficient in using MS Office
• Good written and spoken German is a given for you
• You bring with you solid experience in handling shipments for a well-known consignor
• Furthermore, you work in a structured and reliable manner and keep a clear overview even in stressful situations
• You communicate confidently with customers and business partners and enjoy working as part of a team
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
