• You will handle and monitor international customs clearance
• You will also be responsible for the complete organisation and management of international shipments
• You will coordinate air freight consignments
• You will also act as our adviser (m/f/d) for customers and suppliers (m/f/d)
• You will also support the team in preparing quotations and invoices

• Claims management is also part of your remit

• You have completed a vocational qualification as a freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you also have experience in customs clearance and are familiar with national and international transport
• furthermore, you have a real talent for organisation and communicate like no other
• You are characterised by a strong sense of responsibility
• Good written and spoken German, as well as valid work permits, round off your profile
