• You are responsible for the organisation and coordination of transports
• You are responsible for the scheduling of goods and freight services
• You are also responsible for preparing quotations and processing orders
• You are responsible for communicating with customers, service providers and partners
• you are responsible for monitoring and controlling delivery dates and transport routes
• processing freight and customs documents
• you are also responsible for complaints management and preparing shipping documents

• You have completed training as a forwarding agent (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally you have experience in the forwarding or logistics sector
• You are confident in using MS Office and modern forwarding systems
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and English and you score points with other foreign languages
• You also have a car driving licence
• Reliability, ability to work in a team and a precise and organised way of working round off your profile
