• You independently organise the fixed-route external vehicle fleet in compliance with driving and rest times and cabotage regulations
• You assign orders to subcontractors
• You are responsible for the daily route planning in the partial and full load area
• You reliably and full loads
• You reliably monitor the execution of transport
• You record orders, taking into account customer requirements and economic efficiency
• You are the contact person for customers in day-to-day business
• You independently search for carriers and look after them on an ongoing basis
• You work safely with the freight exchange and independently search for return loads

• You have completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d)
• You have sound experience in national and international lorry dispatching
• Negotiation skills, good communication skills and a strong talent for organisation
• Very good knowledge of German and a good command of written and spoken English are a basic requirement, further language skills are an advantage for you
• You are experienced in using MS Office programs
• You are customer and service-oriented in your everyday work
