• You will carry out administrative tasks in the area of scheduling
• You will maintain and manage relevant customer information using the CRM system
• You will also communicate via email and telephone with customers, service providers and internal specialist departments
• For internal projects, you will support the team with organisational and coordination tasks

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d), a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d) or an industrial clerk (m/f/d)
• You are confident in using MS Office
• You are characterised by a structured and independent approach to your work
• You bring organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team to support internal projects
• Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility round off your profile
