• You will be responsible for the preparation of shipping documents such as waybills, international certificates and shipping orders
• You will also be responsible for ensuring that the quantities listed on the packing slip match the order and invoice and assisting in the clarification of discrepancies
• You will be responsible for recording shipping data such as weight, cost, available space, damage and discrepancies for reporting, billing and documentation purposes
• You will act as an intermediary:in solving shipping-related problems
• the organisation and management of shipping materials and stocks is part of your tasks
• you assist with inventory and counting processes

• You have completed training as a forwarding agent (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have professional experience in logistics
• You are confident with MS Office and the ERP system
• Good written and spoken German skills characterise you
• Reliability, team spirit and strong negotiating and communication skills speak in your favour
