• You will be responsible for organising and managing transport operations both domestically and internationally
• You will be in charge of scheduling vehicles, goods and freight orders
• Preparing and checking transport and customs documents will also form part of your duties
• You will handle communication with customers, hauliers and authorities
• You will monitor delivery dates and track shipments
• Resolving complaints and logistical discrepancies rounds off your remit

• You have completed a vocational qualification as a freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d) or similar
• You have experience in transport organisation, dispatching and customs clearance
• You are confident using MS Office and logistics software
• You have a good command of German
• You are characterised by your organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
• A structured and independent approach to work rounds off your profile
