• You plan and schedule national and international transports together with the transport service providers used
• Carefully monitor the execution of the transports and clarify any deviations directly with customers and transport service providers
• In addition, you process transport damage, deal with complaints and handle returns
• Prepare all necessary documents for invoicing and clarify any outstanding invoicing differences

• You have completed training as a forwarding agent (m/f/d), alternatively another completed commercial training such as industrial clerk (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) or office management clerk (m/f/d) with several years of professional experience in the forwarding sector, in particular in scheduling
• you are confident in using MS Office
• you are reliable, a team player and have an organised way of working
