• You plan and organise national and international transport orders and ensure smooth execution
• Monitoring delivery dates, checking shipping and freight documents and coordinating with customers, drivers and service providers are part of your daily tasks
• You reliably prepare shipping documents and take care of customs clearance for cross-border transports
• You process orders independently from scheduling to invoicing and thus create transparency in all processes

• You have completed training as a forwarding and logistics services merchant (m/f/d) or forwarding merchant (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in scheduling, order processing or transport logistics is an advantage for you
• Good knowledge of MS Office, ERP or freight forwarding software such as SAP or CargoSoft
• Ideally, you have good communication skills in German and English
• Organisational skills, negotiating skills and a strong understanding of service are your strengths
• Reliability, the ability to work in a team and a high sense of responsibility are among your strengths
