• You will plan and organise national and international transport orders
• You will monitor delivery dates, check dispatch and freight documents, and liaise with customers, drivers and service providers
• You prepare dispatch documents and handle customs clearance for cross-border transport
• You manage orders from dispatch planning through to invoicing
• You ensure that transport operations are carried out cost-effectively and on time
• Supporting the optimisation and documentation of logistics processes rounds off your remit

• You have completed a vocational qualification as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d), Freight Forwarding Clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in dispatch, order processing or transport logistics is desirable
• You have a good knowledge of MS Office, ERP or freight forwarding software (e.g. SAP, CargoSoft)
• You are able to communicate fluently in German, and knowledge of English is an advantage
• Organisational skills, negotiation skills and a strong customer-focused mindset are second nature to you
• The ability to work well in a team and a high sense of responsibility round off your profile
