• In this role, you will be responsible for handling dispatch
• You will be responsible for registering freight in SAP
• You will manage pallets
• You will track shipments independently
• You will reliably determine the packing details
• You will dispatch sample orders and parcel consignments on time
• You will also prepare quotes for freight
• Scheduling transport is also part of your responsibilities
• You will coordinate external warehouse service providers independently
• You will always keep a close eye on transport cost control
• You will carefully record goods received and dispatched

• You have completed a vocational training programme as a freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have already gained some initial experience in this field
• You are confident using standard MS Office programmes and, ideally, have knowledge of SAP
• Your skills include very good written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit
• You are characterised by your negotiating skills, a strong customer focus and a genuine enjoyment of working with people
• Furthermore, you are well-organised and work independently and in a structured manner
