• You will be responsible for ensuring that all relevant delivery notes, invoices and the necessary customs declarations to ensure the smooth transport of goods
• You will also be responsible for the complete and correct preparation of all transport documentation, including all accompanying and freight documents
• Furthermore, you will provide expert support to national and international customers on all queries relating to freight and transport, in both German and English
• Your duties will also include the careful verification of all incoming invoices and the ongoing monitoring of critical dispatch deadlines
• As part of your role, you will support the ongoing development and optimisation of internal logistics processes to enhance customer satisfaction
• Furthermore, you will actively support the team in the ongoing digitalisation of operational workflows through the targeted application of your IT skills
• Finally, you will be responsible for liaising with external service providers and interfaces to ensure efficient and timely delivery

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as a freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d), Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk (m/f/d) or Industrial Clerk (m/f/d)
• you also have some relevant professional experience in the areas of dispatching, exports and the processing of international freight orders
• Your solid knowledge of standard IT applications, as well as some practical experience in using ATLAS customs declarations, make you an ideal candidate for this role
• You have business-fluent written and spoken German, as well as very good English skills for day-to-day communication with customers
• Furthermore, you bring a high degree of accuracy, strong communication skills and a strong service-oriented approach in your day-to-day dealings with business partners
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your specialist expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
• Finally, you are highly organised and always work independently, in a structured manner and reliably, even when dealing with time-sensitive tasks
