• You will handle dispatch and register freight shipments in SAP or Oyaso
• You will manage pallets and track shipments
• You will accurately determine packing details
• You will dispatch sample orders and parcel consignments
• You will prepare quotes for freight
• You will schedule transport and coordinate external warehouse service providers
• You will monitor transport costs
• You will post goods receipts and goods issues in the system

• You have a certificate confirming three years’ vocational training as a freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d) or are a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) specialising in dispatch
• You have relevant work experience
• You have a command of German at B2 level or above
• You approach your tasks with reliability and commitment
