• You will coordinate national dispatch operations
• You will commission haulage contractors and manage dispatch planning
• You prepare shipping documents and process delivery notes
• You are responsible for invoicing
• You handle complaints independently

• You have completed a vocational training programme as a freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have also gained several years’ experience in logistics
• You are confident using MS Office
• You have a strong command of written and spoken German and English
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
