• The overall processing of imports and exports is your main task
• You routinely process imports for sea and air freight
• You create all the necessary documents for the dispatch of goods
• You notify special trips, direct trips and general freight cost enquiries and coordinate the processes
• The use of the company's ERP software is part of your regular work

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as a forwarding agent (m/f/d), forwarding and logistics services clerk, wholesale and foreign trade merchant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have professional experience in the field of shipping and import processing
• Ideally, you have already gained knowledge in dealing with an ERP system
• A confident handling of the common MS Office applications is part of your portfolio
• Good German and English skills are a matter of course for you
• You have an independent and structured way of working as well as a willingness to work, flexibility and reliability round off your profile
