• You will be responsible for the independent planning of domestic transport operations
• You will handle communication with hauliers, including freight procurement
• In addition, you will be responsible for close collaboration within the team and with external partners
• You will be responsible for checking documents and preparing freight paperwork
• Preparing contractor invoices rounds off your role

• You have completed a vocational qualification, e.g. as a freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have experience in transport organisation, scheduling and customs clearance
• you are confident using MS Office and logistics software
• a good command of written and spoken German is part of your profile
• you are characterised by reliability, the ability to work in a team and a meticulous approach to your work
