Your responsibilities

• You will organise and coordinate the dispatch of goods independently
• You will monitor the supply chain and ensure a smooth flow of goods
• You will be responsible for transport planning, including the selection of suitable transport routes and modes
• Finally, you will liaise regularly with customers and handle customer service enquiries regarding logistics

What we’re looking for

• You have completed a vocational qualification as a Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk (m/f/d), a Freight Forwarding Clerk (m/f/d) or a Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management Clerk (m/f/d)
• You have professional experience in the field of freight forwarding or logistics
• Proficiency in standard office software and systems commonly used in the freight forwarding industry is required
• Good organisational skills in transport planning and supply chain monitoring round off your profile
