• You will create and process customer orders in the system
• You coordinate carriers on the premises
• You process stock receipts and issues in the system
• You prepare transport documents for dispatch
• You arrange delivery dates with customers, suppliers and haulage contractors
• You reliably document all stock movements
• You support the team with planning and organisational tasks
• Correspondence and filing form part of your remit

• You have completed a vocational qualification as a freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you will have gained experience in the freight forwarding sector
• You are confident in using MS Office
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
