• You will be responsible for melting, alloying and casting metals (e.g. aluminium/bronze) using furnaces and casting equipment
• as well as monitoring temperature, flow and safety parameters
• you will also be responsible for core production, as well as for inserting, preheating, applying release agents and changing moulds
• Resolving minor process faults and handing over parts for further processing also form part of your remit
• In addition, coring, cutting off sprues, deburring, blasting/grinding and, where necessary, heat treatment
• In addition, you will be responsible for checking parts against drawings and documenting them in the system
• Compliance with standards, as well as simple maintenance and repair work, round off your role

• you have already gained experience in melting and casting metals
• operating induction furnaces and casting plants is no problem for you
• knowledge of moulding processes, as well as a crane/ forklift licence are an advantage
• You are naturally adept at working with technical drawings and measuring equipment, and take meticulous care with documentation and inspection
• Good written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit, are part of your profile
