• You are responsible for setting up, operating and monitoring production plant
• you apply various manufacturing processes and production parameters
• you melt metal and keep it at the required temperature
• you carry out post-treatment of castings
• You set up casting moulds as well as stamping and forming tools
• You also produce castings or rolled products on automated lines
• Quality testing and assurance of the manufactured products round off your remit

• You have completed a technical apprenticeship, e.g. as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), metalworker (m/f/d), foundry mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you have already gained professional experience in troubleshooting plant systems
• your strong technical understanding is an asset
• Working independently, reliably and on your own initiative comes naturally to you
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team are among your strengths
• A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are part of your profile
• A willingness to work on a three-shift rota rounds off your profile
• Valid work documents (work permit) and spoken German are essential for employment
