• You will grind and deburr castings until they meet the required surface finishes and dimensions
• In accordance with specifications, you will remove the castings from the moulds and thoroughly desand them
• Castings finishing tasks, such as removing burrs, casting skins, sprues and feeders, form part of your duties
• You operate and set up the grinding and finishing machines, whilst ensuring that operations are carried out safely
• You continuously check the quality of the workpieces against drawings, specifications and testing equipment

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a foundry mechanic (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or machining mechanic (m/f/d)
• You have experience in grinding, deburring and cleaning castings
• You can read drawings and specifications confidently and implement them accurately
• You are proficient in the use of grinding and cleaning machines and work safely and responsibly
• You have a basic knowledge of spoken German (minimum level)
• A valid work permit is required
