• You will be responsible for processing incoming data transmission
• You will check the accompanying documents
• The entry, correction and routing of customer orders are also part of your remit
• you are also responsible for creating and processing collection lists
• the final processing of lorries rounds off your role

• a completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an Office Management Assistant (m/f/d), Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification, preferably in the field of freight forwarding
• ideally, you have some professional experience
• you have a very good understanding of logistical and administrative processes in the transport sector
• You are fully proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
• You have a good command of written and spoken English
• Your strong aptitude for numbers, combined with an analytical and structured approach to work, are key strengths
