• You will be responsible for the independent and reliable handling of all incoming and outgoing national and international shipments in accordance with all requirements
• You will also be responsible for communicating professionally with internal and external partners and assisting customers with all operational enquiries
• Furthermore, you will act as a key liaison between various internal departments to ensure the smooth coordination of all logistical processes
• Carefully handling complaints, as well as independently processing and resolving any discrepancies, is also part of your daily duties
• As part of your role, you will support the entire team with freight forwarding tasks and the conscientious preparation of all necessary freight documents
• Finally, you will be responsible for the meticulous entry of data and the ongoing maintenance of all invoice-related transactions in the internal IT systems

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d), a wholesale and foreign trade management clerk (m/f/d) or an industrial clerk (m/f/d)
• You also have some initial practical experience in a commercial or freight forwarding role, as well as an understanding of modern logistics processes
• Your confident proficiency in using standard MS Office applications and familiar IT systems sets you apart in your day-to-day work
• Your very good command of written and spoken German, as well as a good command of English, enable you to communicate confidently
• Furthermore, you demonstrate a high level of customer and service orientation, the ability to work independently, and strong teamwork skills
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
