    Job description

    • You will be responsible for welcoming and entertaining incoming guests in a professional manner and ensuring customer-oriented service quality at your modern workplace
    • In addition, you will be responsible for the efficient processing and distribution of daily incoming mail and at the same time prepare all outgoing mail for dispatch

    Requirements

    • You have successfully completed vocational training or alternatively have sound commercial knowledge from a comparable job in the field of administration
    • In addition, you have initial practical work experience in the field of reception or in a comparable administrative role with direct contact to various customers
    • Your confident knowledge of the common applications of the MS-Office suite will enable you to process all digital correspondence and administrative processes quickly and accurately
    • You have a native level of written and spoken German, to ensure smooth communication with customers and internal departments at all times
    • Furthermore, you have a high degree of organisational skills and a pronounced service orientation and impress with your always well-groomed and professional appearance
    • Finally, you are a team-oriented personality and always work absolutely reliably, conscientiously and with an eye for the necessary details in hectic everyday work
